New York February Half-Term 2015
During February half-term, a group of Year 10 and Year 11 students went on what was unanimously voted, the “trip of a lifetime” to the Big Apple! The trip was led by Mr Sutcliffe and other members of the Design Department.
Highlights of the trip included: Times Square, the Empire State Building, the Top of the Rock at the Rockefeller Centre, Hard Rock Café, a trip to a basketball game in Newark, a boat trip round Manhattan taking in the Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero Memorial Museum, Fifth Avenue and the New York Metropolitan Museum.
